Curated by Hong Kong-based curator Aditya Sathish for Unconditional Space at Wonderfruit Festival, a new performance piece is developed based on Tumala’s two artistic projects - ‘Sounding Nature’ series exploring live audio and visual performance and ‘Eyes Melted Gold’ an exhibition on extreme heat presented at the Basel Academy of Fine Arts FHNW. Using gold mirrors, performers will act as reflectors of light interpreting on Mario’s new sound piece reflecting on the sensation of burning.
